Join us in the Caromont Kitchen for an interactive day of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. Our workshops are casual and intimate, focusing on ingredients, culinary curiosity, and good company. This gathering will be hosted in our outdoor kitchen and event spaces and led by Gail Hobbs-Page - cheesemaker, farmer, and former professional chef. 

This class will cover basic knife skills and protein processing. Come prepared to cook with wood, make sausage, cure and smoke, all in a hands-on setting using locally raised products. You will be able to take home some of what you’ve made during class. Let’s cook and eat together on the farm!
