Join us in the Caromont Dairy to learn the essentials of artisan cheesemaking. In this hands-on class, owner & cheesemaker Gail Hobbs-Page will introduce students to Cheesmaking 101 using goats and cow’s milk. Guests will have time to hang with the goats and we will conclude with a shared, cheese-centric tasting around the farm table.
